The Effortless Assessment Research System (EARS) is a behavioral research tool created by Ksana Health. It is designed for individuals who have provided consent to participate in one of the ongoing research studies conducted using EARS.

Mobile devices possess valuable insights into behavioral health, allowing researchers to analyze behavior patterns. The data collected aids in enhancing mental and behavioral health support and addressing mental health issues effectively.

Ksana Health develops digital research instruments with a primary goal of enhancing mental well-being, particularly among marginalized groups and young individuals.

Ksana ensures the security of your digital data and refrains from selling it or using it for targeted advertising purposes. The Ethics Committee guarantees that your data is handled appropriately, prioritizing safety and the research's benefits over any potential risks. Participants can opt out easily at any point.
 
EARS gathers research data such as accelerometer information, GPS data for tracking mobility and behavior patterns, keyboard usage for sentiment analysis, music and media listening habits (including emotional aspects of songs), battery status, call activities, screen time usage, and sleep data through HealthKit.

EARS was chosen as a component of The Opportunity Project, an initiative dedicated to leveraging open data to enhance the quality of life for American citizens.
